Dear Mr Happy, I have tried all that you suggested without success. I downloaded the file from Ryan T Adams but the registry refused it access? I have tried rolling back to W8.1 but that hasn't cured the problem either. Consequently I don't think a refresh would work. I am upgrading again to W10 so that if anything goes wrong when I go into the registry I will still have the option to rollback to 8.1 and hopefully correct my meddling.
